At FELCO Switzerland, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with our premium fashion collections. If you are not entirely pleased with your purchase, you may return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn items with all original tags attached into the original shipping box to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your parcel at any authorized Swiss Post location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund is fully processed.
